NRS 444.310 – Powers and duties of Division not limited by NRS 444.220 to 444.320, inclusive.

Nothing in NRS 444.220 to 444.320, inclusive, shall be interpreted to limit the powers and duties of the Division prescribed by NRS 439.170 and 439.570.
