NRS 504.340 – Private preserves open to public during regular open season; charge may be made.

Any private shooting preserve licensed under NRS 504.300 to 504.380, inclusive, shall not be closed to the general public during the regular open season, but a charge may be made for hunting on such preserve during the regular open season.
