NRS 581.030 – Director of State Department of Agriculture ex officio State Sealer of Consumer Equitability; enforcement of chapter. The Director of the State Department of Agriculture, as ex officio State Sealer of Consumer Equitability, shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
