NRS 582.125 – Acceptance of certificates issued by public weighmasters of other states. [Effective through December 31, 2021.] Acceptance of certificates issued by public weighmasters of other states. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

The State Sealer of Consumer Equitability may recognize and accept certificates of weights and measures issued by licensed public weighmasters of any other state if that other state recognizes and accepts certificates of weights and measures issued by licensed public weighmasters of this state.

The State Sealer of Measurement Standards may recognize and accept certificates of weights and measures issued by licensed public weighmasters of any other state if that other state recognizes and accepts certificates of weights and measures issued by licensed public weighmasters of this state.
