NRS 588.162 – Jurisdiction of Director over distribution, sale and transportation of commercial fertilizers and agricultural minerals.

The Director has jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to the distribution, sale and transportation of commercial fertilizers and agricultural minerals pursuant to this chapter.
