Sec. 45.01.111. Short titles.

(a) AS 45.01 – AS 45.08, AS 45.12, AS 45.14, and AS 45.29 may be cited as the Uniform Commercial Code.

(b) This chapter may be cited as the Uniform Commercial Code – General Provisions.
