1-14-12.14. Data processing equipment and telecommunications systems–Costs included in contract charges.
The Bureau of Administration shall arrange with the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications for all data processing equipment, office systems technology, and telecommunications systems as may be required to implement the contracted service, with all costs for installation, leasing of equipment, maintenance, repair, and replacement to be included in the contract charges.
