10:10 Reports. –
The commission shall make its first report no later than September 1, 2018, and every 6 months thereafter or more frequently as deemed necessary by the commission, to each of the appointing authorities under RSA 10:5 and to the capital budget overview committee under RSA 17-J. The initial report shall include a progress report of the commission’s work and any proposals for legislation deemed necessary by the commission.
