Section 102 – Definitions.

63M-13-102. Definitions.
As used in this chapter:

• (1) “Commission” means the Governor’s Early Childhood Commission created in Section 63M-13-201.

• (2) “Early childhood” refers to a child in the state who is six years of age or younger.
