Section 103 – Scope and administration.

• (1) The provisions of this chapter apply to any amusement ride in the state.

• (2) In accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the committee:
  • (a) shall administer this chapter; and
  • (b) has jurisdiction over any amusement ride in the state.
