Section 11-402 – Licenses Enumerated

    Subject to the provisions of this subtitle, the Board may issue:

        (1)    a license;

        (2)    a 40–foot–draft limited license;

        (3)    a 36–foot–draft limited license; and

        (4)    a 32–foot–draft limited license.
