Section 12-111 – Duty of Law Enforcement Officer

    If a law enforcement officer has a reason to suspect a gaming device is kept unlawfully at a place, the law enforcement officer shall:

        (1)    visit the place; and

        (2)    charge all persons who violate a law that prohibits gambling.
