Section 13-203 – Officers

    (a)    From among its members, the Board annually shall elect a chairman and vice chairman.

    (b)    The Board shall determine:

        (1)    The manner of election of the chairman and vice chairman; and

        (2)    The duties of the chairman and vice chairman.
