Section 13-204 – Board Executive Director

    (a)    The Board shall appoint a Board executive director, who serves at the pleasure of the Board.

    (b)    The Board executive director:

        (1)    Is the executive officer of the Board; and

        (2)    Has the powers and duties assigned by the Board.
