Section 151.221 – Status of officers and employees of office of public defense services.

Officers and employees of the office of public defense services, who are appointed under a personnel plan adopted by the Public Defense Services Commission, are state officers or employees in the exempt service and are not subject to ORS chapter 240. [2003 c.449 §17]
