154.2 Scope of chapter.
This chapter shall not be construed to include the following classes:
1. Merchants or dealers who sell glasses as merchandise in an established place of business and who do not profess to be optometrists or practice optometry as described in this chapter.
2. Licensed physicians and surgeons.
