(a) In Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Console machine license” means a license issued by the clerk to keep a free-play console machine for public use.
(c) “Pinball machine license” means a license issued by the clerk to keep a free-play pinball machine for public use.
