(a) An applicant for a Wicomico County pinball machine license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of $20 for each pinball machine.
(b) The license fee shall be prorated monthly.
(c) All money collected under Part III of this subtitle shall be paid into the general fund of Wicomico County.
