Section 17-6A-07 – Behavior Analyst Advisory Committee — Chair and Vice Chair

    (a)    From among its members, the Committee annually shall elect a chair and a vice chair.

    (b)    The Committee shall determine:

        (1)    The manner of election of officers; and

        (2)    The duties of each officer.
