188-E:23-a Advanced Manufacturing Education Fund Established. –
There is established in the office of the state treasurer a nonlapsing fund to be known as the advanced manufacturing education fund to be administered by the commissioner of the department of education, which shall be kept separate and distinct from all other funds. All moneys in the advanced manufacturing education fund shall be continually appropriated to the commissioner of the department of education to provide grants as determined by the advanced manufacturing education advisory council established under RSA 188-E:23.
