Section 19-2104 – Chair and Vice Chair [Subtitle Subject to Abrogation]

    // EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2025 PER CHAPTER 368 OF 2014 //

    From among the members of the Commission:

        (1)    The Governor shall appoint a chair; and

        (2)    The chair shall appoint a vice chair.
