Section 197.766 – Laws applicable to certain local decisions regarding urban growth boundary.

(1) A decision of a local government to expand an urban growth boundary shall comply with the provisions of ORS 197.296.

(2) A decision of a local government under ORS 197.764 (1) is a land use decision. [1999 c.503 §2]
