21-I:111 Program Start-up. –
The request for proposals for FMLI coverage as described in this subdivision shall be issued no later than March 31, 2022. The FMLI coverage shall be in place for state government employees and available for purchase by other public and private employers with more than 50 employees and individuals by January 1, 2023.
