Section 23-104 – Minimum Standards for Equipment

    The Administration and the Division jointly shall adopt, consistent with federal law, regulations establishing equipment, performance, and other technical standards for:

        (1)    Motor vehicles;

        (2)    Autocycles; and

        (3)    Low speed vehicles.
