Section 23-5-6
Trash, litter, etc., upon public thoroughfare – Driver presumed offender when items thrown from vehicle.
If littering is committed as set forth in Section 13A-7-29 or Section 32-5A-60 from a motor vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall be presumed to be the offender.
