Section 254 – Repeal dates: Title 54.

• (1) Section 54-10a-202, which creates the Committee of Consumer Services, is repealed July 1, 2025.

• (2)Title 54, Chapter 15, Net Metering of Electricity, is repealed January 1, 2036.
