Weighing laws apply to “loaders”, when. — The manner of weighing, as herein provided for, shall apply to the class of workers in mines known as “loaders”, engaged in mines wherein the mining is done by machinery, whenever the workmen are under contract to load coal by the bushel, ton, or any quantity the settlement of which is had by weight.
