299C.63 EXCEPTION; OTHER LAWS.
The superintendent is not required to respond to a background check request concerning a covered individual who, as a condition of occupational licensure or employment, is subject to the background study requirements imposed by any statute or rule other than sections 299C.60 to 299C.64.
