A defense attorney is immune from suit if the defense attorney provides indigent defense services to an indigent individual:

A defense attorney is immune from suit if the defense attorney provides indigent defense services to an indigent individual:
- (1) at no cost; and
- (2) without gross negligence or willful misconduct.
