310-C:9 Term of Certification. –
All initial certificates issued by the board shall expire on the last day of the month of the holder’s birth in the year 2 years following the year of issuance. The renewal term of a certificate issued under the authority of this chapter shall be 2 years from the date of issuance, and shall expire on the last day of the month of the certificate holder’s birth. The expiration date of the certificate shall appear on the certificate and notice of its expiration shall be given to its holder.
