Section 311 – Amendments to Chapter 11 of IPC.

• (1) A new IPC, Section 1106.1.1, is added as follows:
  “1106.1.1 Alternate Methods.
  An approved alternate storm drain sizing method may be allowed.”

• (2) IPC, Section 1109, is deleted.
