326-H:12-a Exception of Requirements for Licensure. –
An applicant for licensure as a dietitian under this chapter who was registered as a dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration on or before December 31, 2000, shall be deemed to have met the requirements for licensure under RSA 326-H:12, I, II, and III.
