328-F:10 Records of Disciplinary History. –
Each governing board shall maintain a list of persons against whom the board has taken any disciplinary action in accordance with the retention policy established by the office of professional licensure and certification. This list shall include the name of the person, the reason for the disciplinary action, the date of the disciplinary action, and the nature of the disciplinary action.
