328-I:13 Administrative Fines. –
The board after notice and hearing, pursuant to rules adopted under RSA 541-A, may impose an administrative fine in an amount which shall not exceed $3,000 per offense, or, in the case of continuing offenses, $300 for each day that the violation continues, whichever is greater, upon any person who violates any provision of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter. Rehearings and appeals from a decision of the board shall be in accordance with RSA 541. Any administrative fine imposed under this section shall not preclude the imposition of further penalties or administrative actions under this chapter.
