36-14-29. Display of shop license–Transfer prohibited–Expiration.
The license required by §36-14-27 shall be conspicuously displayed in the barbershop and no license shall be transferable from person to person, location to location, or to a new operator at the same location. All such licenses shall expire on the last day of June in each year.
