36-29-17. Rules and regulations–Practice standards.
The Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners may adopt rules and regulations that set standards for professional practice for licensed athletic trainers and other rules and regulations as may be reasonably necessary for the administration of this chapter and to carry out its purpose. All rules and regulations made by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be adopted and amended in accordance with the provisions of chapter 1-26.
