Section 366.991 – Penalty for violation of rules adopted under ORS 366.493.

Subject to ORS 153.022, a person who violates any rule adopted by the Oregon Transportation Commission governing health and safety in roadside rest areas or scenic overlooks commits a Class B violation. [2009 c.99 §3]
