Section 368.945 – Authority of county road official to remove unlawfully posted matter.

A county road official may lawfully remove or destroy, without resort to legal proceedings, any advertisement, bill, notice, sign, picture, card or poster placed in violation of ORS 368.942. [1973 c.462 §3]
