Repeals. — Laws 1989, ch. 366, § 2 repealed 38-5-3.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 107, § 1, relating to the juror selection pilot program in the thirteenth judicial district, effective June 16, 1989.
