390.1377 Amount of MWS grant; determination; criteria.
Sec. 7.
The amount of the MWS grant to be paid for each semester, trimester, or quarter shall be determined by the authority based upon an evaluation of the family’s financial resources. A uniform criteria of need, as defined by the authority, shall be used in evaluating the family’s financial resources.
