408:55 Revocation, Agent, etc. –
The commissioner may, in case of violation of any provision of this chapter, or in case of dishonest, deceitful, or fraudulent conduct on the part of any agent or salesman in connection with the business, revoke such agent’s or salesman’s registration; and may, having reasonable cause to believe that such facts exist, suspend the agent’s or salesman’s registration until satisfied to the contrary.
