409.308 Worker’s disability compensation insurance.
Sec. 8.
The department shall provide worker’s disability compensation insurance for corpsmembers employed by the department, as provided under the worker’s disability compensation act of 1969, 1969 PA 317, MCL 418.101 to 419.941.
