The COFA Premium Assistance Program Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys in the COFA Premium Assistance Program Fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon Health Authority for the payment of premium costs and out-of-pocket costs through the COFA Premium Assistance Program and the costs of the authority in administering the program. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. [Formerly 735.617]

Sec. 8. No later than September 15, 2022, and annually thereafter, the Oregon Health Authority shall report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health, in the form provided in ORS 192.245, on the progress of integrating into the authority the duties, functions and powers transferred from the Department of Consumer and Business Services by section 1 of this 2021 Act.
