Section 413 – Incorporation under this part subject to other provisions.

• (1) An incorporation of a metro township, city, or town under this part is subject to the following provisions to the same extent as the incorporation of a city under Part 2, Incorporation of a Municipality:
  • (a) Section 10-2a-217;
  • (b) Section 10-2a-219; and
  • (c) Section 10-2a-220.

• (2) An incorporation of a city or town under this part is subject to Section 10-2a-218 to the same extent as the incorporation of a city or town under Part 2, Incorporation of a Municipality.
