Section 417.990 – Penalty for placement of children in violation of compact.

The sending, bringing, or causing to be sent or brought into any receiving state of a child in violation of the terms of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children is a Class A misdemeanor. [1975 c.482 §8]
