Section 435.030 – Wholesale and manufacturer license.

Wholesale and manufacturer licenses shall be issued only to persons authorized to sell or distribute the appliances, drugs or medicinal preparations mentioned in ORS 435.010. [Amended by 1969 c.328 §3; 1977 c.328 §2]
