Confirmations of land titles — copies. — Copies of confirmations had before the board of commissioners for the adjustment of land claims within this state, or before the recorder of land titles, duly certified by the recorder of land titles, or by the person who shall by law have the custody of the books and papers containing such confirmations, shall be received as evidence.
