Section 447.097 – Disposition of moneys received under ORS 447.010 to 447.156 and 447.992.

All moneys received by the Department of Consumer and Business Services under ORS 447.010 to 447.156 and 447.992 shall be disposed of in accordance with ORS 693.165. [1981 c.438 §42]
