Section 45-49A-81.20
Severability.
If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, word, or other provision of this part shall be held or declared to be unconstitutional or void by any court of competent jurisdiction it shall not affect or destroy the validity or constitutionality of any other section, paragraph, sentence, clause, word, or provision of this part which is not in itself void or unconstitutional, it being the expressed intent of the Legislature that such remaining valid portion of this part would have been adopted by the Legislature in any event.
