If a school described in ORS 475C.833 (3)(d) that has not previously been attended by children is established within 1,000 feet of a medical marijuana dispensary, the medical marijuana dispensary may remain at its current location unless the Oregon Health Authority revokes the registration of the medical marijuana dispensary.
